I finally figured out the trick for using an iPhone to fill in this field! You have to click on the down arrow for the format right as soon as it is shown then choose normal! Yay! Today I ran .5 warm up in 5:30, then stopped and drank and then ran 8 mile repeats in 7:55 each with a drink and stretch after each, then .5 mi cool down in 4:45. |
